By accessing regenschirm.in or enrolling in any course offered by Regenschirm, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Regenschirm provides live online German language instruction from A1 to C1 levels. All sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms.
3. Enrolment
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or agreed instalment).
- Batch schedules are shared upon confirmation and are subject to change with prior notice.
- We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.
4. Payments
- Course fees are payable as stated at the time of enrolment.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods communicated at enrolment.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including slides, recordings, handouts, and exercises — are the intellectual property of Regenschirm. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully. Regenschirm reserves the right to remove any student from a course without refund if their behavior disrupts the learning environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Regenschirm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific exam results or employment outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
