1. Our Commitment
At Regenschirm, we are committed to delivering high-quality German language instruction. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines your options if you need to cancel or withdraw from a course.
2. Cancellation Before the Course Begins
- More than 7 days before the batch start date: Full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
- 3–7 days before the batch start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
- Less than 3 days before the batch start date: No refund. You may request a transfer to the next available batch (once, subject to availability).
3. Withdrawal After the Course Begins
- Within the first 2 sessions: 50% refund of the remaining course fee.
- After the 2nd session: No refund. Study materials already provided will not be reclaimed.
4. Batch Transfer
If you are unable to continue in your current batch for valid reasons (illness, work emergency), you may request a one-time batch transfer to the next available batch at the same level, at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session.
5. Course Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that Regenschirm cancels a batch, enrolled students will receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next available batch — whichever they prefer.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email your refund request to info@regenschirm.in with your name, course name, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
