1. Class Format
All Regenschirm courses are conducted as live, interactive online sessions via video conferencing. Sessions are held in small batches (typically 6–10 students) to ensure personalized attention.
2. Attendance
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to receive a course completion certificate.
- If you miss a session, you are responsible for catching up on the missed content using the provided study materials and recordings (where available).
- Habitual absence (more than 3 consecutive sessions without notice) may result in removal from the batch.
3. Session Recordings
Selected sessions may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled students. Recordings are shared privately and must not be distributed outside the batch. Recordings are available for 30 days after the session date.
4. Study Materials
Digital study materials (PDFs, worksheets, vocabulary lists) are provided as part of the course fee. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
5. Doubt-Clearing & Support
Students may reach out to their trainer via WhatsApp for course-related queries during reasonable hours (10 AM – 8 PM IST, weekdays). Response times may vary.
6. Batch Composition & Level Changes
Batches are grouped by proficiency level. If your level is assessed to be different from the enrolled batch, we will facilitate a transfer to the appropriate batch at no extra cost.
7. Certificate of Completion
Students who meet the attendance requirement and complete all assessments will receive a German with Divya Certificate of Completion. This is an internal certificate and does not replace official certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat or TestDaF.
8. Code of Conduct
- Treat fellow students and trainers with respect at all times.
- Do not share session links or recordings with non-enrolled individuals.
- Camera-on participation is encouraged for better learning outcomes.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
9. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device with microphone and camera for live sessions. Regenschirm is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student's technical setup.
